ClickMind Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the ClickEstate mobile app and the ClickEstate website (together, the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

2. Our role and your agency's role
ClickEstate is provided to real estate agencies, which give their clients access to it. Your agency decides what data about you and your properties is entered into the Service and for what purpose. Your agency is therefore the controller of that data, and we act as a processor on its behalf, under a written agreement.
We are the controller for a limited set of data we need in order to run the Service itself, such as account and login records, security logs, crash and performance diagnostics, and support correspondence you send to us directly.
If you want to access, correct or delete the information your agency holds about you, contact your agency first. You can also write to us at info@clickmind.com and we will pass the request on.
3. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, preferred language, and the agency you are linked to.
Property and portfolio information: the properties you own or have acquired through your agency, purchase details, status, project milestones, and progress updates entered by your agency.
Documents: contracts, deeds, floor plans, warranties, invoices and handover packs that your agency makes available to you, and any documents you upload.
Communications: messages you exchange with your agent in the app, and records of calls placed or received through the app, including time, duration and participants. Call and message content is handled by our providers as described in section 5.
Technical and device information: IP address, device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region settings, crash reports and performance diagnostics.
Push notification tokens: a device identifier issued by Apple or Google so that we can deliver notifications to your device. You can switch notifications off in your device settings at any time.
Usage information: which screens you open and which features you use, so that we can improve the app.
Cookies and similar technologies: on the ClickEstate website we may use cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality, analyse performance and measure usage.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
Providing, operating and maintaining the Service, including your portfolio, documents and project updates.
Authenticating you and keeping your account secure.
Sending notifications about project milestones, new documents, messages from your agent and other events you have asked to be told about.
Enabling messages and calls between you and your assigned agent.
Responding to inquiries and support requests.
Improving the Service and diagnosing faults.
Complying with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share your data with:
Your agency: the agency you are linked to, and the agents it assigns to you.
Service providers: third parties who help us run the Service. These include cloud hosting and storage providers, Aircall and RingCentral for telephony, TalkJS for in-app messaging, and Firebase Cloud Messaging and the Apple Push Notification service for notifications. They may process your data only on our instructions.
Legal compliance: when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes.
Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
6. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner where applicable.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Data your agency controls is kept for as long as your agency instructs, and is deleted or returned when our agreement with that agency ends.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-user authorisation on documents. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access, correct or delete your personal information.
Restrict or object to processing of your personal data.
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact your agency, or write to us at info@clickmind.com and we will forward your request. We do not charge a fee for handling these requests.
10. Deleting your account
You can ask to have your ClickEstate account and its data deleted at any time by writing to info@clickmind.com or by using the delete account option in the app. We will delete or anonymise your account data, subject to any records we are required by law to keep. Data your agency controls is deleted in line with your agency's instructions.
11. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not function properly. The ClickEstate mobile app does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising identifiers.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
